What custom maps do you offer?
Visit our Custom Map page for a listing of everything we offer. If you don't see what you are looking for, reach out to us with a detailed description of your ideal map and one of our custom map specialists will contact you with a free, no-obligation quote.
How often are county Plat Books and Maps updated?
Generally, a county is updated every 3 years, but that often depends on our local Sponsor and their schedule. If you would like to be notified when a county is updated please subscribe to our newsletter (at the bottom of our homepage) or follow us on Social Media to stay up to date on our new publications.
What if my organization is tax-exempt?
If you are located outside the State of Missouri, you will not be charged sales tax when you check-out. If you live in Missouri and are tax-exempt, please contact us using the form below and we will reach out to you to complete your order.
How do I download my eBook or SmartMap?
Download instructions are available in the order confirmation email you received. Click the "download file" link next to the product purchased and this will display the download instructions. If you require additional assistance please call us at 816.903.3500.
How do I find out if products are sold locally?
Most of our Plat Books are sold locally by our Plat Book Sponsor for that county. To find out for sure, go to the Map Store and find the State/County. The sponsor and contact info for that county will appear at the top. Otherwise you can contact us below or call 816.903.3500 for additional information.
Do you offer GIS data for maps published in the plat books?
Yes, we offer GIS data layers for over 3,000 counties nationwide. Individual county availability and pricing vary. Visit the Map Store and search by State and County to see availability.
